· SCM, SQA and Software Configuration Change Management Standards
· Expert in all aspects of administration of IBM tools: Rational products - Jazz (RTC, RQM and RRC)
· Professional services around JAZZ tools in requirement management, Change management and test management
· Expert in CMMI implementation
· Created and maintained ITIL based Configuration Management Process and Procedures
· Provided training to the users on CM process and tools
· Developed Change / Release Management framework and implement standards, processes, and controls for configuration and release activities
· Defining and communicating build/deployment best practices
· Installed/Configured Jazz Team Server (JTS) on Linux with Oracle
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Supplemental DutieDevelop Change Management and Release Management framework. implement standards, processes, and controls for configuration and release activities
· Provide subject matter expertise and assisted in Change Configuration and Release Management areas
· Define and communicate build/deployment best practices
· Create and maintained ITIL based Change Configuration Management Process and Procedures
· Manage daily team activities related to Change/Configuration/Release Management
· Provide training to the users on Change Management (CM) process and tools
· Create SCMPs and Usage models for the projects supported
· Create Change Management Procedure and flow for the projects supported
· Establish and facilitated Change and Defect review boards and developed solutions pertaining to the release process
· Plan and manage releases/deployment of code through different environments (Development, Test, Staging, UAT, Production )
· Coordinate all aspects of a release lifecycle including development and test activities
· Manage the production release process that ensures the reliability and availability of the platform
· Implementation, administration, and maintenance of change, release, and configuration management tools
· Recommend effective CM policies and practices including, but not limited to, branching/baseline strategies, development workflows and release strategies
· Manage timely resolution of all critical and/or complex problems with the different platforms in all environments including the necessary communication to stakeholders
· Installed/Configured Jazz Team Server (JTS) 3.0.1 and then upgraded to 4.0 and later to 4.0.4 on Linux with Oracle
· Design and implemented workflows for Change Requests, Defects and customized work items in Jazz
· Ensure system stability and uptime based on Service Level Agreements
· Responsible for code execution in a controlled System's Integration Test (SIT) or End-to-End environments.
