· Systems analyst or solutions design experience.
· Video or cloud-based technology experience
· Telecom experience will work.
· Need someone who understands mobile and IP technology.
· This person will report to the team lead for this portfolio.
o Take part in strategy conversations
o Will be working to build out tool base
· 3-6 years minimum experience.
Job Description:
· Serve as subject matter expert on operations process, system capabilities, support tools, and any related analytics & metrics implementation to support process improvement and new product development initiatives.
· Previous Systems Analyst or Solution Design experience, contributing to a strong understanding of enterprise software and service-oriented architectures.
· Experience working with mobile (iOS/Android), web, cloud-based solutions, and IP video technologies in an enterprise environment ideal.
· Knowledge with tools used for API/service call validation, such as SOAP UI, cURL, or Postman, along with packet capture tools such as Charles Proxy and Wireshark.
· Applied experience using Business and Operational Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Splunk, building and analyzing metrics in either.
· Drive development and updating deployment materials and training documents based on changes to the product construct and overall program roadmap.
· Facilitation, development of customer requirements and creating detailed product/service specifications and visualizations.
· Complete detailed and accurate business case analysis for proposed system enhancements via collaboration with stakeholders.
· Maintain appropriate level of urgency in managing multiple disparate initiatives across various stages of the strategic client related enhancements and delivery lifecycle.
· Assists Product and Engineering teams with support integration planning.
· Researches and identifies problems with workflow and documents findings to correct issues.
· Reviews work processes and recommends improvements.
· Collaborating with business operations leads and delivers new methods and techniques for operational improvement.
· Engagement meetings with Corporate, National and Divisional partners.
· Help create a smoother roll-out for the client and ensure all design workflow documents are in order.
