Position:- Performance Tester

Location: El Dorado Hills, CA

Duration:6+ months

Job Description:-
• Overall 7 - 8 year of strong experience in Performance Testing
• Strong experience in PT Testing tools (HP Load runner, PC, jMeter)
• Overall coordination and monitoring of the performance and related activities
• Lead defect and technical discussions on customer facing and own the performance deliverables
• Resolve outstanding issues and queries for performance testing and engineering
· Analyze the logs and provide tuning recommendations & strong in application profiling capabilities
• Interact with subject matter experts, developers, integration staff, environment staff, systems analysts, E2E designers, components designers and business and systems analysts while doing performance impact analysis
• Develop test scenarios to properly load, stress the system in a lab environment and monitor, debug performance and stability Problems. This would require monitoring and debugging technical components including key resources, performance indicators and logs;
• Participate in up front Application and technology requirement gathering, Design and Functionality reviews when required, to drive the quantitative definition of Performance Requirements;
• Understanding of the application, identifying key business processes in the application, preparing the load scenarios and participate in test execution
• Resolving outstanding issues and queries for performance testing
• Review deliverables in time to improve the quality / completeness of deliverable
• Own the change control (including impact analysis) process
• Involve in production issues based on priority tickets and analyse the incidents and work &co-ordinate teams according to the requirement
• Tracking hardware and configuration changes of live and test environments
• Prioritize, schedule and complete work on time for multiple capabilities with overlapping schedules
• Should have strong communication and Leadership abilities
• Should have experience in Agile and Devops methodology, micro services, Angular js etc.,
Strong experience in ALM, APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics)
