For the onsite BSA, we looking for candidates with strong evidence in the following areas:
· Work directly with stakeholders/end users to understand and represent customer needs challenges. Requires ability to assimilate information and distill knowledge within time constraints.
· Elicit requirements - run effective and efficient requirements-related sessions to gather, analyze, confirm reqs.
· Create accurate, written documentation, e.g. workflows, modeling, backlog/user stories, BRD/FSDs. Clearly communicate this information to project team members and IT management.
· Perform detailed requirements analysis and provide input to solution design and related process improvements.
· The expectation is that they would be able to demonstrate/perform the following with a high degree of accuracy and minimal supervision; for a Sr BA that would include on complex projects.
