We are working with a client who is looking for Senior Data Analyst with experience in statistics, mathematics, and/or Data Science. This individual will be an important role in the success of a large team.
Responsibilities:
Establish processes and standards to improve data quality assurance
Define data quality metrics, resolve data quality issues and build validation rules
Create excellent working relationship across the organization to resolve data questions / issues.
Evaluate and understand business challenges related to data quality technology and provide potential solutions.
Perform data quality audits around inconsistent data, incomplete data, rule violations, etc
Perform data profiling and cleansing techniques to maintain consistent accurate information
Drive continuous improvement efforts to streamline all data processes.
Create reports, tools, or other systems to provide feedback on data functions.
Provide training and education on data quality needs across the business
Experience:
Previous data quality experience
Must be comfortable with unstructured, fast-moving and constantly evolving high growth environment.
Good problem solving including error detection, root cause analysis, error correction, conceptual, analytical and decision making skills.
