Role: PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Consultant
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Required:
Associate should have PeopleSoft NA Payroll 8.x/9.x experience as the primary Skill set along with the working experience on below modules:
· Expertise in PeopleSoft Payroll modules – North America Payroll, Compensate Employees, Retro Pay, Payroll Consolidation, Payroll Tax Management, PS Payroll Interface, Global Payroll, Time & Labor, including the writing of time and labor rules and Absence Management modules, Payroll TaxUpdates, CYE Processing, 1042s, FLSA Union rules
· Exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills, organizational, planning and technical skills to achieve professional results Exhaustive understanding of HR & Payroll processes
Expertise in following Technical areas:
· People Tools: People Tools 8.5x, Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, File Layout, Integration Broker.
· Platform: UNIX.
· Report Tools : XML Publisher, SQRs and PS Query, Crystal Report
· RDBMS : Oracle10g/9i/8i SQL
· Programming Tool : Toad
