Our client is need of Sr  Retail Business Systems Analyst for a contract Project in Watsonville, CA

Position: Sr  Retail Business Systems Analyst

Location: Watsonville, CA

Duration: 6+ months C2H

Need Certified Business Analysis Professional

 

Requirement:

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience.

•Minimum of five years of experience as a business analyst and/or systems analyst in the Retail industry (Stores, Digital, Backend systems)

•Good knowledge of the Retail industry (technologies, trends, problematics, PCI compliance, etc)

•Experience with SQL

•Experience with data analytics

•Experienced with Agile/Scrum methodology.

•Experience with UML/Use Cases and other requirements methodologies

•Excellent interviewing and listening skills.

•Ability to successfully manage client relationships.

•Excellent organizational and project management skills

•Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•Ability to multi-task and understand prioritization of deliverables.

•Strong attention to detail.

•Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel.

•Experience using Microsoft Office products.

•Looking for Candidates that are Self-Starters that feel comfortable making decisions on their own and have good customer services skills

•Strong eCommerce and Omni-Channel experience is highly desired.
