Position: Jr. Engineers
Locations: Buffalo Grove , IL
Duration: 6-12 Months
Rate: $34/hr on C2C.
Visa Status: All
Consultant must have worked on Secure transport(FTP, SFTP), SI, Unix, EDI.
Job Description/Responsibilities:-
Unix system monitoring and Windows system monitoring
Incident resolutions per SLA
Ready to take on call(Primary/Secondary) support
Debugging configuration errors, transmission errors and rerun failed process.
Maintain documentation on process in the system
Coordinate with internal teams for resolutions on issues
Direct communication with Business users/clients for incident resolution
Validate user access on server
Create internal user access on file server
Perform shakeout health check on system after maintenance/upgrade
Requirements:-
Experience on Production support – Must Have
Familiar with FTP/SFTP process – Must Have
Experience in working on connectivity protocols
Good knowledge on Unix commands and Unix server administration
Good communication skills
Ability to work with internal teams to co-ordinate and resolve issues in quick TAT
Knowledge on EDI/SI.
