Position : Business System Analyst
Location : Richmond, VA
Duration : 6+ Months
Interview mode : Phone then Face to Face(Must)
Rate: $50/hr(Non-Negotiable)
Description: Looking for a Mid level BSA who will serve as Lead Change and Problem Manager working to mature company processes.
Experience/Skills:
- Working knowledge of Service Now platform at an Administrator level
- ITIL Foundations v3.0 certification
- Policy creation/implementation experience in an Agile & ITIL Technology environment
- High-level communication skills both written and oral
- Experience in organizations with mature Change, Problem, Release and
- Incident Management
- Practical experience in designing and implementing a Service Mapping capable CMDB
- Ability to work with minimal oversight and direction - must be able to work in white space
