Title: Business Analyst

Location:  Milwaukee, WI

Duration:  12 + months

Interview:  Phone/skype (out of state is fine)

Rate:  Open

 

Technical skills.:

 

Support the Data COE processes that define and document project requirements •

Plan and lead requirements gathering session for Data COE Scope. •

Help identify and communicate potential requirement gaps •

Document the business value proposition of delivered functionality •

Execute stakeholder communication plans • Build Critical-to-Quality maps for Data COE deliverables •

Collaborate with business units, project teams, and Data COE technical resources to communicate status of project tasks •

Complete Data COE templates by attending or conducting meetings and conducting discovery •

Document open issues, gaps and concerns requiring risk mitigation that may impact project delivery •

Take ownership of, and demonstrates initiative in, completing tasks

 

Desirable Skills:

 

• Strong organizational skills and Communications skills •

Effective communication in a group environment •

Understands end-to-end processes associated with Finance •

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel •

Desired – operational knowledge of ERP or database systems (such as SAP, SQL, Oracle)
