Description for this role is below
Duration is 6+
Ø Over all 6 to 8 years of ETL experience in IT industry.
Ø Strong in understating business requirement and technical execute them with a plan as per planned time lines.
o With good knowledge in Data warehouse concepts
o Good knowledge on OS level like LINUX, WINDOWS
o To some extent server setup configuration details like Database and ETL tool setup. Capacity planning for development work.
o Parameter tunings in Servers based on configuration details.
o Sound knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL
o Strong ETL tool knowledge in executing simple, medium and complex logics with minimum transformations with best performance.
o Shell scripting.
Ø Sound knowledge in performance tuning both in code and server level. Specially good in trouble shooting errors and bottle necks.
Ø Must be able to mentor staff. Help is subordinates with technical understanding based on business requirement.
Ø Knowledge in Scheduling tools
Ø DB client tools like Toad, SQL developer etc
Ø Should be able to drive project Independently or along with is subordinates.
