Java Tech lead With Tibco ESB
Client is seeking candidates for a Technical Lead position with a strategic client in the Markets Clearing division of Investment Banking Industry in Jersey City, NJ. The scope of the project involves working across Market clearing domain with particular focus on Connectivity to CCPs, OTC Clearing and downstream systems for investment banking regulatory projects. The project is executed in a global delivery model including business center in NY, offshore teams and other stakeholders located globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work directly with Key Program Stakeholders to provide solutions that meet strategic business goals and requirements
• Analyze business requirements to design, develop and implement highly efficient, highly scalable system solutions that meets defined standards
• Participate in design and solution sessions with developers and business stakeholders for connectivity project
• Participate in project and detailed task planning including effort estimation
• Provide Technical Leadership, developing frame works, POCs, standardize the integrations, defining the best practices and ensure timely completion of assigned work
• Work closely with developers to understand the technical issues impacting the application wide and propose solutions.

Requirements for this Role:-
• 8+ years' experience in Java / J2EE and related technologies
• Must hands-on at least one of these ESB products – TIBCO Business Works, Mule ESB, JBoss Fuse ESB.
• Must have experience with one of these messaging product – TIBCO EMS, Solace, IBM MQ.
• Must have Java background.
• Must interface with infrastructure group and architecture group to make sure things are in line with the target state.
• Must be willing to do a prototype, proof of concept himself.
• Must have good leadership qualities to get things done from the team.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Knowledge of OTC markets, Rates, Credits and FX products is desired
• Global Delivery experience is desired
