Job Description 1:
Job Title: VMWARE Storage Engineer
Location: Portland, OR
Duration: 6+ Months (Extendable)
MOI: Phone Hire
First two weeks on site in Portland; then remote if wanted
MUST HAVE the following:
Hands on managing PURE STORAGE arrays in a Production VMware Environment
Experience provisioning storage for VMware environments.
Experience with VMware Storage vMotion
Nice to haves:
Experience with BROCADE Fibre Channel switch infrastructure
Experience with HP 3Par Storage Arrays
Experience with EMC VNX arrays
Daily Activities:
Provide support for Data Migration in a VMware Environment from Existing HP 3Par Arrays to new PURE Storage Arrays
Provide Support for IP based replication (array controlled) between Pure Arrays at 2 datacenter locations.
Provide support around provisioning storage for VMware environments using PURE Storage
Job Description 2:
Job Title: Sr. Portal Developer
Location: Richardson, TX
Duration: 12+ Months (possible extension)
MOI: Phone Hire!!!!
Skills:
Expertise in designing and developing API's using APIGEE Gateway. Expertise with API Security mechanisms.
Experience defining and documenting best practices.
Ability to contribute to design discussions and solution design sessions with other technical teams.
Experienced with Web Services and REST architecture building Web API's using XML/JSON.
Good understanding of multi-tier enterprise architecture and system of records.
Experience with non-functional attributes of enterprise solutions (e.g. security, load balancing, and performance).
Experience in developing software in Agile environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience designing Enterprise services and message model schemas and creating UML diagrams for design phase deliverables
• Expert knowledge of SOA, Object-Oriented design and programming concepts, design patterns
• Expert knowledge and development experience with Java, J2EE, JSP, JDBC, JAXB, servlets, RAD6/ RAD7, DAOs, JUnit, SQL, HTML, XML, JAX-WS, WSDL
• Knowledge and experience with performance tuning, preferably with enterprise web services. Independently solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions-Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years of programming/systems analysis experience.
Past experience as a J2EE / .NET developer integration domain
Familiarity with IBM Data Power and Siteminder or other identity management tools
Must have Apigee experience, Senior level
