Job Title: Sr Informatica Developer
Location: NYC, NY
Duration : 1 Year
Client : Coty Inc
Key skills required:
Experience in designing and developing efficient and effective ETL solution using Informatica Power Center 9.x version
Thorough understanding and hands on experience with all transformations available in Designer
Ability to think through complex business requirements and translate them to simplified ETL logic
Expertise in writing complex SQL
Ability to prepare simple to moderately complex shell scripts in Linux
Very good understanding of data warehousing concepts including dimension models
Strong knowledge of software engineering and development methodologies, techniques, and tools, including SVN, Issue Tracking, and Software Development Lifecycle
Follow strict change management and source control procedures
Ability to work in a team environment including co-ordinating the development effort with offshore
Hands on experience with Informatica Power Exchange for SAP NetWeaver is a very big plus
Hands on experience with databases such as Netezza and Redshift is a big plus
