Job Description:
Skill Summary:
· Knowledge of UNIX, SQL, Basic Scripting
· Basic knowledge of Oracle database management system, Performance Analysis
· A proven track record in application or/and service management is required for a minimum 5 year period in a large corporate environment (investment bank preferred)
· Experience of end to end Level 2 management and good overview of Production/Operations Management overall
· Extensive experience of supporting complex application and infrastructure domains
· Strong communication both written and verbal / relationship management skills
· Capability to interact successfully in a virtual, multi vendor and multi cultural environment
