·         Require a PM immediately who has experience in SharePoint search and who can manage the Sharepoint search go live release process for Intel Sales & Marketing applications using        enterprise search for the customer.

·         Good experience in Project planning to ensure that all risks/dependencies are rightly being identified & mitigated for release
