Required Skills:

Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in managing complex, concurrent, large scale multi-year projects;

Demonstrated successful implementation of complex concurrent projects encompassing business and technology environments across multiple divisions and departments;

Demonstrated record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional management;

Knowledge of security requirements of gathering, storing, and disseminating Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability (HIPAA) information;

Advance skills in State financial management and budgeting;

Proficient in facilitation, organization, and project management skills;

Ability to demonstrate leadership and apply strategies to ensure accountability from the project team, internal and external stakeholders;

Proactive nature with proven ability to solve problems;

Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change while taking full account of obstacles, opposition, and differing stakeholder priorities;

Demonstrated attention to quality and accuracy

Proven ability to work effectively and efficiently towards goals in complex, diverse environments with multiple and changing demands;

Demonstrated experience in effective leadership with vendors, staff, management, legislature, stakeholders, etc.;

Demonstrated experience in vendor management;
