Job Description	We are seeking an experienced IT professional with experience as a Scrum Master leading a team using agile practices.  Candidates with a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Practioner Certification (ACP) are preferred but not required, based AZ The Iteration Manager/Scrum Master leads a standing development team to deliver high quality working software through the adoption of innovative best practices. The Iteration Manager works in partnership with business and IT stakeholders, including project teams to deliver business value.   Practitioners of the IT Application Development profession primarily focus on providing high quality, cost effective information technology solutions to business partners by creating new or modifying and/or supporting existing software applications. Associates are expected to design, code, analyze, configure, unit test, and maintain applications. Top-level technical expert in one or more highly specialized phases of applications programming.  Provides technical consulting on complex projects.  Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.  Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.  Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications programming. Agile Required 5 Years In-depth Knowledge  Scrum Master Required - 5 years In-depth Knowledge
Must Have Sills	1. Agile methodology -  6 years or more 2. Scrum Master - 6 years or more
Good To Have Skills	Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Practioner Certification (ACP) Insurance
Work Location	Scottsdale, Arizona.
