Title:Data Scientist

Location - Exchange Place, NJ

• Exceptional skills in applied mathematics, statistics

•             Total 3-5 years of experience

• Experience in pattern recognition and classification across structured and unstructured data sources

• Strong experience working on statistical packages such as R, Matlab, Python, Julia or equivalent

• Knowledge of different machine learning approached like Neural Networks, Assisted learning

• Strong experience working on Hadoop, Spark or equivalent

• Solid experience building predictive analytics models

• Masters or above qualification in Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science (preferably from MIT, Stanford, Cornell and CMU)

• Ideally experience working in insurance or financial service sector to solve complex problems in this domain

• Ideally experience in working with unstructured database technologies such as MongDB and hBase, but not required
