Position: QA Tester (Face to face interview after telephonic)
Location: Tampa, FL
Duration: 6+ months
Required Soft Skills
• Experience in an Agile Scrum Environment
• Must be able to perform in both a manual and automation roles
• Be a team player and work well in a team environment as well as independent thinking skills.
• Someone who wants to share new ideas and listen to others respectively
• Must learn and adapt very quickly
• Must have a strong personality and be willing to speak up and drive QA processes
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Knowledge and experience performing integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
Required Technical skills:
Manual Testing
o Knowledgeable about the Quality metrics: such as the value of metrics & which metrics to generate in an Agile environment
o Knowledge of HP ALM/ Quality Center and/or other tools for defect management.
o Experience using JIRA or similar tool is a plus
o SQL (Run queries, modify statements)
o Soap UI; web service testing
Automation Testing
o Basic knowledge of QTP, UFT and Selenium Frameworks
o Demonstrates proficiency using appropriate tools, platforms, languages (Java, VB and Python)
o Demonstrates strong problem solving and technical analysis skills.
o Adapt to and work within different development environments.
o Strong problem resolution and analytical skills
o Ability to quickly grasp Automation Framework architecture
o Knowledge of testing methodologies and using automation frameworks
