Detailed job description - Skill Set:	Looking for an enthusiastic candidate willing to work in a team oriented environment with hands on java development  in Scottsdale, AZ Developer role on the Web Hosting project team. The role will be responsible for development activities related to the Scottsdale website and associated applications. This role will require awareness of developing on the J2EE platform as well as understanding languages like Java, Javascript, CSS3, and HTML5. Part of the role will be to build new applications, update existing applications and convert Java Portlets into Java web applications using an MVC framework. With minimal guidance, modifies complex J2EE web applications from requirements.  Codes, tests, debugs,  and documents those applications.  Competent to work on most phases of applications programming activities, but requires instruction and guidance in phases.  1. Hands on J2EE / Web Developer      2. Design, code, test, and debug web-based applications according to standards      3. Working knowledge of SOAP based web services      4. Modern Web Development including HTML5 and CSS3      5. Independent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.      6. Strong technical background to troubleshoot environmental issues is a plus.      7. Basic knowledge of Java Portlet technology (JSR-168) is a plus.      8.
