Position: Java Developer with OpenLink Endur experience (energy trading background).
Location: Houston, Texas (energy corridor area)
Duration: 6 month + contract (possible extensions)
Our Notes:
Jr Level - 4-8 Yrs. of experience.
Good communication skills - Must be able to talk in-depth about his experience
Top 3 Must Haves:
Experience with OpenLink Endur (V8 or above is preferred), including architecture, API, data model. Should have experience working on lifecycle(end to end) of a deal in Open Link.
Should have good knowledge on Commodities Trading/ Investment Banking / Derivatives
Should have a strong understanding of the RDBMS - Oracle. Should have good knowledge on advanced SQL.
Job Description:
Description for the Onshore Developers:
Should have work experience within energy trading and risk management; Should have strong understanding of the energy trading business.
Experience with OpenLink Endur (V8 or above is preferred), including architecture, API, data model. Should have experience working on lifecycle(end to end) of a deal in Open Link.
Strong working knowledge on OpenLink Endur scripting languages - JVS scripting, Open Components are must have.
Preferred Technical skills - Connex framework, TPM workflow basics, Simulation results.
Programming skills in Java/C# , Object oriented concepts is a must.
Should have a strong understanding of the RDBMS - Oracle. Should have good knowledge on advanced SQL.
Should have experience in creating high & low level technical design
Good understanding of the SDLC and has participated in all stages of the software development.
Should have good knowledge on Commodities Trading/ Investment Banking / Derivatives
Should have good communication skills and experience in client facing roles
