Years of Experience 5-8 years

Skill Set  :   J2EE 1.6, Spring Framework 2.0, JSP, Dojo Framework 2.1, JBPM 3.1.2, 

Hibernate 3.5.5, Websphere 7.0, SQL Server 2008, Quartz Enterprise Job Scheduler 1.6

3rd Party:

OpenSpan Enterprise Runtime 5.2,

RightFax Server 10.6, Holon Engine 2.8

ICVerify 4.0

Responsibilities:

Previous experience in leading and managing application support projects with Offshore team working in shifts

Play Support lead and implementation lead for minor enhancements

Coordination with Key Stakeholders and Managing expectations

SPOC for issues/escalations

Work on L2, L3 / escalated tickets

Coordinate with OEM vendor for product bugs

Status reporting and SLA compliance tracking

Make configuration changes as required to resolve tickets

Co-ordinate with  Client’s users to understand business requirements for minor enhancements

Work on minor enhancements

Offshore team co-ordination

Work on on-call support during weekends and holidays if needed
