Job Description :

Relevant Experience  (in Yrs) : Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis with migration experience and strong SQL/Oracle skills

Technical/Functional Skills

Experience in developing Use Case Models and Test case preparation

Strong/Excellent SQL/Oracle skills

Migration experience

Knows business analysis concepts - how business requirements gathering is done for an application from scratch, use cases, various standard documentation

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead activities with business subject matter experts, leadership, and vendors to identify, analyze and document system functional requirements and/or system technical requirements.

Validate requirement completeness and accuracy and obtain business and project team sign-off

Support change control process, business case creation, and validation of effort estimation

Supporting day-to-day issues as well as new pieces of work

Generic Managerial Skills

Able to plan/track tasks/activities

Report progress/challenges to Project Manager

Need to have excellent communication skills (including English conversation skills), demonstrate excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills

Leadership skills
