Description:

·         Certified LSA

·         Min 8+ yrs of Exp in implementing PEGA projects

·         Experience in designing and archiecting PEGA solutions

·         Very good communication skills

·         Ability to engage with customer effectively

·         Engage with customer SME / Architectand understand pain areas / project requirements

·         Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models, Define Test Strategy

·         Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem

·         Help create road map for the project

·         Provide technical leadership to project team

·         Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / desing / coding

·         Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implemnetation

·         Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings
