The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
- Create and submit purchase requests based on the Vendor Management Office and SAP Project Management Office requirements and guidelines,
- Execute the operational purchasing procedures to meet the needs of IS&T project while insuring purchasing quality, compliance and effectiveness.
- Efficiently and accurately fulfill the daily execution of transactional purchasing activities within the eApproval system.
- Handle the vendor invoice in Webcycle, circle back with the resource manager to receive approval on the actual time consumption by project and forward approval to finance.
The resource will need to understand the P2P process from the request for resource to the invoice.
Volume is high hence attention to details is a MUST have
Other skills include :
General knowledge of indirect procurement and financial process around P2P, Capex vs Opex
Knowledge of Apple Directory, Banjo, eApproval, Webcycle, Numbers or Excel
Ability to effectively communicate with employees and management
Start date : asap, the resource needs to be fully operational when we will raise next quarter PO

SAP Archiving Specialist with strong ABAP development background and extensive experience with PBS NAI indexing & PBS Archive add on CUSTOM.
- Experience with PBS IDK for Custom Archive objects (archive-enabling of custom reports, user Exit design, complex table structures within single custom archive object)
- Functional & technical experience with PBS NAI functionality (NAI index setup and administration)
- Experienced ABAP skills including object oriented techniques
