Job Title: Service Now Developer
Location: Denver – CO
Duration: 12 – 24 Months
Job Description:
We're looking for experienced ITSM Integration Consultants to provide support at the middle layer between CSC and their ServiceNow customer base, in support of large scale Service Now integrations. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for the development, integration and enhancement of multiple ServiceNow implementations must be able to act with a sense of urgency and adapt to changing priorities.
Responsibilities:
· Provide integration oversight at the middle layer between CSC and CSC customers, ensuring that multi-domain systems can communicate with each other.
· Experience working within the Abstraction layer is preferred.
· CSC utilizes CA-Process Automation Manager (CA-PAM) as one of their primary Automation Tools
· Experience with application programming interface (API's are a set of routines, protocols, and tools for building software applications).
· ITSM process knowledge and automation framework tools Web Services, SOAP, Rest, etc.
· Understanding of ITSM is critical. IT service management (ITSM) refers to the entirety of activities – directed by policies, organized and structured in processes and supporting procedures – that are performed by an organization or part of an organization to plan, deliver, operate and control IT services offered to customers
Familiarity with Service Now a plus (Modules…Change, Service, etc) ITIL certification a plus
