Job Description:
Minimum 2 implementations experience In SAP SF-LMS module.
Certified Success Factors Learning Consultant.
Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS) SME. Functional Business Analyst
Experience in handling interface of SF with other HR products (especially PeopleSoft).
Provide support on Success Factors implementation, upgrade, or optimization project for LMS.
System owner for global Success Factors Learning Management System.
Business Analyst and strategist for Large Scale LMS Implementation.
Extensive training management, and document control experience.
Managed project implementation, maintenance and enhancement for enterprise Learning Management System.
Train advanced users and business owners how to automate administration of the LMS application.
Lead Configuration of LMS with technical team to insure business requirements are expressed into the LMS application.
