Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 7 Months

 

Job Description:

 

  Experience with F5 Load Balancers or similar platform (Cisco ACE, CSM) 
• Hands-on experience with configuration, design and deployment 
• Broad knowledge on networking layer protocols like TCP/IP and multicasting. 
• Knowledge in building and supporting LB's in an Enterprise environment 
• Customer facing with excellent social, written and communication skills. 
• Work within a service queue to track tasks and projects. 
• 2 or more years of experience as a Load Balancer Support engineer. 5 years for Engineering resource. 
• Certification preferable 
• Per Engineering cut sheets / plans, will configure load balancers, cutover load balancers into production and complete post-production testing 
• LB Ops will complete MTP processes, ensuring CIs are updated into CMDB and monitoring of equipment is activated
