JOB DESCRIPTION:-

Job Title: ETL Lead developer

Location: Washington DC

Duration: 12+ Month 

Hire Method: phone+ F2F

Must have Financial Domain experience

Must have Lead experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:-

·              Minimum 8+ years in a Technical Lead or Consulting role leading Information Management related initiatives (system integration, data warehouse build, data mart build, or similar) ·              Extensive  data modeling skills (normalized and multidimensional), experience with BI reporting tools, ETL and data visualization concepts and hands-on exposure ·              Experience in Banking & Finance domain (experience in Financial Products Analytics would be added advantage). ·              Must have knowledge in every component of a Data Warehouse to direct efforts and manage the same. ·              MUST have proven leadership experience in coordinating between multiple technical teams, stakeholders, fiduciary review groups and senior management reporting. ·              Experience utilizing or leading implementations leveraging Informatica ETL tool and other components of the ETL suite. ·              Experience in Business Objects BI Reporting tool. ·              Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau. ·              Sound understanding of metadata and Data Quality processes. ·              Experience with Data Virtualization concepts and hands-on exposure (Exposure to Composite Data Virtualization platform would be added advantage) ·              Experience in one or more of major data modeling tools such as Erwin, Data Architect, Oracle Designer. ·              Extensive experience in Oracle 10.x and well-versed with other RDBMS platforms such as DB2, SQL server. ·              Should have extensive experience with SQL and PL/SQL, with working knowledge with languages like C, UNIX shell scripting, PERL and JAVA. ·              Experienced Lead and or managed team of ETL Developer, Business Analysts, Data Modelers, BI Report developers. ·              Strong business and communication skills. ·              Broad based information technology experience (e.g., languages, methods, EAI, XML). ·              Strong professional consulting skills. ·              Current knowledge of the data warehouse market; vendors, and standards bodies

Minimum 8+ years' relevant technical and business work experience.
