Project Manager

Sunnyvale, CA

·         Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required.

 

·         Typically has 10 to 15 years of IT work experience, including 4 or more years managing projects. Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.

 

Required Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in an Agile software development environment
• Demonstrated accountability of project-level decision making, risk management, mitigation
• Ability to build relationships quickly whether locally or remotely across all disciplines, including Development, Product, Test Engineering, Ops, etc.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Rally, or other project management tools
• Excellent communication skills at various organizational levels
• Experience managing complex technical projects
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with product life cycle models and phase gates approaches
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and facilitate process improvements
• Self-motivated with good time-management skills; ability to handle and adapt to changing priorities and special projects

 

Desired Skills and Experience

• PMP certified Project Manager
