4. Project Manager - 5 Yrs
5. RESTFUL API - 3 Yrs
6. Visual Studio - 3 Yrs
7. Project Management structure and lifecycle - 3 Yrs
8. Web based applications Developer - 5 Yrs
OVERALL PURPOSE: Manage complex projects through the design, development, testing and debugging phases of an application delivery cycle as well as designing and developing components of the service as an individual contributor.
ROLES &RESPONSIBILTY:
1. Use appropriate programming language and technology, writes code, completes programming and documentation, performs testing and debugging of applications for the enterprise.
2. Provide technical and analytical input /guidance to project team and assist developers regarding project architecture and application programming practices.
3. Manages individual projects and works as an individual contributor; is responsible for completing projects within allotted timeline.
4. Assists with definition of project scope and objectives, as well as provides technical architecture input and coordinates programming practices of a project team, and identifies resource needs.
5. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports.
6. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis.
7. Ensures adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
8. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems
Skillsets Needed For This Position Include The Following:
VM Administration, OS (Ubuntu, Red Hat, Linux) Administration Networking, Scripting/Automation, Security, Monitoring, troubleshooting, Identity and Access Management, Develop System Solutions for the Cloud, Support OpenStack, VMWare Ruby, Python, Chef, Apache, Perl, SSL, html, JavaScript, Bash, GIT, Jenkins, Visio, MAC OS, Windows, Splunk, SQL and NoSQL databases, Nagios, Hazelcast.
Additional Job Posting Description Details:
This is a contract position open for a Senior SysOps/DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for administration of VMs in Ubuntu / Red Hat / Linux environments. Day to day responsibilities include developing scripting / automation tools and scripts using Chef, Ruby, Python, Perl, etc. as well as VM administration of OpenStack and VMWare environments. Responsibilities will also include Tier 4 Support, troubleshooting and development of monitoring solutions. The IT Industry is dynamic and fluid. Candidate must be a team player, and demonstrate a sincere desire to learn and apply new skills and technologies on a regular basis.
