Job Title                                :  Technical Analyst with Health Insurance Exchange Exp

Location                                :  Providence, RI

Duration                               :  6 Months

Rate                                       :  $45/hr.

Skill Type :

-Required Relational Databases, years of Experience SQL, years of Experience

Testing Environment

Websphere 8.5, Oracle 11g, Linux 6.3, Perceptive Image Now, HP Exstream, Tibco Netrics

Responsibilities

Role:

Technical Analyst.

Required Skills: -Strong SQL and technical analysis abilities required. -DB knowledge close to that of a DBA preferred (data modeling skills not required) -Experience with SOAP UI requests, etc. -Strong communication skills needed –will be interacting client personnel.

Preferred Skills: Health insurance exchange experience

Responsibilities/Expected Deliverables: -

Technical analyst to work on analyzing production data issues, working with functional team and through their own knowledge to determine the expected functional result for the data being analyzed. -Creating and testing scripts to clean-up the data and executing them in production.

Analysis ranges from very small problems where fast turnaround is needed and larger problems spanning multiple weeks with a larger volume of data. -Individual will be initially focused on 2 areas of a larger health insurance exchange application –ability to learn the rest of the application would be a big plus and could turn into longer-term role.
