Duration: 12+ Months

 

Project Overview. The Advanced Premise Network Roadmap Project is to provide support and services to the Client  Technology Group for the development of a roadmap for the architecture and strategy for an Advanced Premise Network (e.g. home network) to support delivery of the Client  Gbps service within a home.  

1.2 SOW Purpose. The purpose of this SOW is for Contractor to provide consulting services to perform the following activities:

 

1) Analysis of implementing MoCA 2.0 and 802.11ac within a premise in conjunction with an existing MoCA 1.1 network, 
2) development of use cases for test, installation, and troubleshooting,

3) implement a Proof of Concept (POC) network, and

4) perform tests with the POC network. 

 

1.3 Services Scope. Contractor is responsible for the following Services and scope, as further described and detailed in Section 3.0 below, in the context of the overall Project:
1.3.1 Research and analyze MoCA 2.0 IC vendor offerings, OEM vendor 
1.3.2 Research and analyze IEEE 802.11ac IC vendor offerings, OEM vendor offerings, and, taking into account Cox's desired goals, provide a document which outlines the deployment within a premise network including costs and availability, operating in conjunction with the existing MoCA 1.1 Cox Whole Home network. offerings, and, taking into account Cox's desired goals, provide a document which outlines the deployment within a premise network including costs and availability.
