Description: PeopleSoft HCM Project Manager
Location: Oakland, CA
Length: 12 months
MUST HAVE HIGHER ED EXPERIENCE!!!
• Expert-level functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM
• 10 or more years of experience in ERP management and/or implementation
• Experience as project manager in minimum of 3 ERP implementations preferably with PeopleSoft HR
• Hand-on experience managing Change Management activities, including the development of change management tool kits
• Excellent oral communications skills which demonstrate the ability to effectively convey and explain information, and tactfully deal with diverse people, situations and ideas
• Excellent written communications skills which demonstrate the ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms and complex business concepts in technical terms
• Excellent conceptual and planning skills
• Demonstrated experience in establishing priorities, goals/objectives and timelines
• Demonstrated ability to delegate and oversee assignments to ensure successful and timely completion as well as to obtain the cooperation of others within and outside the unit.Works in a collaborative manner to achieve results
• Mastery of best practices in project management discipline required; PMI Project Management Professional certification preferred
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of MS. Project, MS Visio, MS. Excel and pivot tables, project management concepts, practices, standards, and processes
