• Over 8+ Years of Experience in a wide range of projects covering multiple domains and involved in requirements gathering, design, development, testing.

• Extensive experience on Informatica Power Center with strong business understanding and knowledge of Extraction, Transformation and Loading of data from heterogeneous source systems like Flat files, Excel, XML, Oracle, SQL Server.

• Strong knowledge in Kimball and Inmon methodology and models, Dimensional   modeling using Star schema and Snowflake schema.

• Proficiency in data warehousing techniques for data cleaning, Slowly Changing Dimension phenomenon, surrogate key assignment, data masking and CDC (Change Data Capture).

• Extensively worked on Informatica Designer Tools (Source Analyzer, Warehouse Designer, Mapping Designer, Mapplet Designer, and Transformation Developer) and Workflow Manager Tools (Task Developer, Worklet and Workflow Designer).

• Developed Slowly Changing Dimension Mappings of type I and type II .

• Experience in implementing the complex business rules by creating transformations (Expression, Aggregator, Unconnected and Connected Lookups, Router, Rank, Update Strategy, Java, HTTP), and developing complex Mapplets and Mappings.

• Excellent skills in retrieving/manipulating data by writing simple/ complex SQL Queries and optimizing SQL.

• Worked with different source systems like Flat Files, XML and Rational Databases.

• Involved in performance tuning of ETL code.

• Experience/Exposure with Fine Tuning Informatica Mappings, Sessions and workflows.

• Excellent in coding using SQL, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, Procedures/Functions, Triggers and Packages.

• Used UNIX Shell scripting  for automation of the process, invoking Informatica sessions.

• Experience in scheduling the batch jobs using UC4, Autosys, and Tidal scheduling tools.

• Excellent communication skills, good organizational skills, self-motivated, hardworking,  ability to work independently or cooperatively in a team, eager to learn, ability to grasp quickly and learn fast

• Excellent team member with problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
