Position:  Linux Admin

Locations: Atlanta, GA

Duration:  6 months (Extendable)

 

JD

·         Strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux skills in RHEL 5.x & 6.x (5+ years)

·         Experience with installation and maintenance of  JBoss App server 5.0 and higher (3+ years)

·         Experience with Apache 2.0 and higher (2+ years)

·         Basic understanding of network technologies and architecture

·         Basic understanding of web technologies and architecture

·         Basic understanding of attaching to storage technologies (NFS & SAN)

·         Shell scripting (bash, ksh, PERL, sed, awk, etc)

·         Ability to work with minimal direction, yet also able to work in team environment

·         Excellent verbal and written communications skills

·         Experience with high volume web application environments (2+ million page views per day)

 

Experience with the following considered a plus:

·         Dell C6100 series servers including firmware patching

·         Kickstart (Cobbler) creation and usage

·         KVM command line interface including guest creation and management

·         Familiar with Spacewalk and using it to manage server configuration

·         JBoss Open Network (JON) configuration and administration

·         Google search appliances

·         Interwoven, TeamSite, Adobe CQ5/AEM and Open Deploy products
