PennDOT requires the services of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist, with advanced knowledge using the CA Single Sign-On (formerly SiteMinder) and Identity Manger (formerly IdentityMinder) products. PennDOT requires the services of an Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist, with advanced knowledge using the CA Single Sign-On (formerly SiteMinder) and Identity Manger (formerly IdentityMinder) products.
The IAM specialist will be responsible for supporting the CA SSO infrastructure at PennDOT. There are currently five (5) SSO environments utilizing SSO 12.51CR4 integrated with Identity Manager 12.6SP4. The current infrastructure is built primarily on a Windows 2008 R2, WAS 8 shared platform connected to two different Active Directory user stores. The SiteMinder Candidate should have demonstrable experience maintaining SSO in a federated environment. Candidate should have experience configuring Identity Manager to provide delegated administration, workflow approvals for account provisioning and self- service password services. Experience in working in a network environment to include basic network topology, TCP/IP fundamentals, basic routing and firewall use and understanding of standard network security practices.
Ability to independently and progressively work through troubleshooting steps to achieve a specific goal.
Specific duties for the position include:
1. Work with the project leadership and architects to configure and manage the CA SSO environments.
2. Work with the project leadership and architects to configure and maintain workflows and user provisioning using CA Identity Manager.
3. Work with the application teams to define and apply SSO policy definitions.
4. Configure Identity Manger to provide self-service registration and workflow approvals.
5. Configure Identity Manager to provide Delegated Administration.
6. Configure Identity Manager to provide self-service account features including; profile maintenance (change email, security questions/answers, change password), forgot password and forgot username.
7. Provide estimates on assigned tasks.
8. Communicate status of tasks to project leadership.
9. Develop technical documentation.
10. Troubleshoot production issues for the IAM products (SSO, Federation, and Identity Manager).
