Must Have Skills/Certifications · Solid working experience in HPSM covering Technical and functional modules · Strong hands-on experience on HPSM architecture, solution design, Configurations and Troubleshooting of HPSM · Ability to understand customer requirements and do effective feasibility analysis · Experience/Knowledge of Integrating HPSM with 3rd Party products · Domain: ITSM
2. Desired Skills/Certifications · Experience in implementing HPSM as a product for customer needs and provide effective consultancy services | |
