Position: Automation Tester with CYARA AUTOMATION TOOL EXPERIENCE

Location: AUSTIN, TX

Duration: 3+ Months (3 to 6 Months)

Experience: 5-8 YEARS

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Should have 3 - 5 years of experience in IVR test automation

·         Should have 3 - 5 years of experience on Cyara automation tool

·         Should have a good experience in SQL

·         Should have exposure to QC& Software Testing life cycle

·         Should have good verbal & written communication skills.

·         Should have worked in an onsite offshore delivery environment.

·         Should be a self-starter & should be proactive in gathering information.

·         Should work on proactively getting feedback from customers & identify improvement areas.

·         Should be good at setting the correct expectation & should strive to build a positive perception with the customers.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

·         Interactive Voice Response Development – IVR

·         Test Automation Web Testing

·         Test Automation

·         Application Testing
