Position : Seibel Admin
Location : Vernon Hills, IL
Duration : 3-6 Months
Experience : 5-8 Years
Job Requirement & Technical Skills Required:
· We are looking for a Siebel Admin having Minimum 4-7 years of experience in the IT, with at least 3+ years expert level of Siebel Administration with bilingual (English and Spanish) support skills.
· Siebel application (versions 8.1.1.3 to 8.1.1.10) configuration, this includes Scripting using eScript, BIP Reports, Workflow and Siebel EAI.
· Knowledge of ERP technologies and processes is also a plus.
· Functional/technical Knowledge of Siebel(Sales\Service\Clinical trial management) systems
· Extensive experience on Siebel Server administration activities, Siebel version(8.1.1.3 to 8.1.1.10)
· Siebel EIM, Siebel eMedical, Siebel CTMS and System Validation experience a major PLUS.
· Thorough understanding of Siebel architecture and server components
· Good to have knowledge in Siebel tools, Configuration, EAI, Workflows, EIM, SQL, BI Publisher
· Proficient in Siebel administration and application configuration (Server admin, tools, workflow, assignment manager)
· Ability to demonstrate and analyze patch releases and bug fixes from Oracle.
· Participate in and/or lead infrastructure build activities as appropriate
· Ability to handle multiple releases and activities in a timely, organized manner
· Experience on high availability infrastructure
· Identify existing problem areas (Could be due to any cause like performance issue, product issue) and propose alternate solution/strategy/Fix to meet requirement.
· Collaborate with other IT and Business leaders to architect Siebel Solutions that joins with goals of the business
· Performing repository migration & related administration activities (including LOV, Workflow creation)
· Start & Stop services (Siebel application services) & servers
· Experience working in clustered/load balanced environment and rack database
· Provision of access to new users, controlling user access and licenses
· Worked on Unix platform (should be able to perform Unix activities)
Mandatory Skills: Siebel Technical-Policy Automation - OPA CRM Platforms, Siebel Architecture, Siebel Upgrade
