Part of Support team, Need to handle L2 tickets as well and when L1.5 team is not working in a particular shift they have to handle L1.5 response as well.

·         Technically good in Java / J2EE

·         Should have worked in Support Projects leading teams at onsite

·         Should possess good analytical / problem solving skills

·         Should have good communication skills

·         Should have exposure to ITIL processes

 

Mandatory Skills:

"Java / J2EE (Java, Swing, Spring, Hibernate, EJB, Oracle, PL/SQL, Jboss, Weblogic)"
