Position: Lead VDI Engineer

Location: DALLAS,TX

Duration: 6 onths

 

Experience: 

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in Remote Access Technologies based on Citrix Systems and VMWare
• 7 + Years' experience managing complex Citrix XenApp environments, with 4 Years of Engineering.
• 4 Years' experience implementing, deploying, and supporting Citrix NetScaler. 
• 5 + Years' experience implementing, deploying, and supporting Citrix XenDesktop and Citrix Provisioning Services with 2 years of Engineering
• 7 + Years' experience with Microsoft Windows 200x Server
• Experience with implementing, deploying, and supporting RSA SecurID infrastructure
• Strong background with AppSense Management Suite, Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory Policy Management and Storage Area Networks
• Experience knowledge of VMWARE 5.x
• Experience PowerShell scripting

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Self-starter, independent worker and team player
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of the ITIL framework
• Knowledge and expertise in disaster recovery exercises
• Extensive and proven knowledge of Citrix technologies:  XenApp 5.x & 6.x, XenDesktop 5.x and 7.x, Provisioning Services 6 and 7.x, Citrix NetScaler/Advanced Access Gateway 10.x, StoreFront
• Extensive and proven knowledge of Microsoft Technologies: Server 2003 & 2008 R2,  Windows 7
• Extensive knowledge of Internet Explorer and other browser configurations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL and IIS
• Knowledge of Storage Area Networks
• Knowledge of Active Directory policies
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, including: DNS, TCP/IP, Routing protocols

Education, Training &/or Certification:

• CCA, CCEE or CCIA
• BS degree
