JOB DESCRIPTION:

Most importantly candidate must have a minimum of 8 years of Java/J2EE and JSP application Development.

Candidate must have knowledge and command of entire technical bandwidth of typical enterprise web based applications from UI to Database.

Excellent understanding of Design Patterns and Hibernate technology

Expertise in architecting, Design and Development of Enterprise applications

Excellent knowledge of Spring MVC

String Builder, Multithreading, Serialization and Exception Handling

Strong in SQL queries optimization

Exposure to end to end enterprise web base application development life cycle

UML artifacts at different SDLC phases (optional)

Strong Leadership skills, ability to drive initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment and production support across team's location onsite and offshore

Possess excellent communication skills and ability to interact with end users and businesses effectively.
