Role: Technical Project Manager with BMC Remedy ARS Exp.

Location: San Jose, CA

Duration: 12+ Months

 

Skill Set:

 

·        10+ years of experience in implementing ARS solutions.

·        Act as a key technical resource in the Remedy and other ITSM workflow based tools.

·        Architect solutions in BMC Remedy Action Request System (ARS)

·        Remedy ARS API development 3 years

·        Experience in Java/JSP development.

·        Quick learner & able to multi-task.

·        ITIL certification & Knowledge in IBM Teamworks is Nice to have

 

Additional Notes:

Project to be worked on: TRACE process flow changes using BMC ARS tool. Typical day will be 8 to 5. Person should be responsible for upkeep & enhancement of current TRACE application.

 

Top 3 Skills:

 

1.      Good knowledge in BMC remedy tools versions 7.5 onwards till 8.x

2.      Good experience in gathering requirements and converting into process flow steps

3.      good communication skill & team player.
