Title: Scrum Master Project Lead

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Duration : Long term

 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assistance and coordination of backlog and release management

• Assistance and coordination in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, estimation, and prioritization

• Managing the execution of Iteration planning, Daily stand-up, Review & Retrospect

• Keeping a log of Impediments and helping them remove

• Making sure the Agile principles and values are followed

• Managing the reports, burn down charts, and progress charts

• Collaborate with external teams and stakeholders to make sure the team is in the right direction and provide necessary inputs

• Team building and team coordination

• Managing the team velocity

• Help in improving team velocity and efficiency

 

Must have skills

Ability to transfer the knowledge at different levels of organization                       

Good presentation and training skills                    

Consulting and facilitation of technical teams in the adoption and improvement of Agile methodologies     

Lead by example and proponent of servant leadership
