Years of experience: 6-8 years
Education: Bachelors or Masters with at least 5 years work experience
Responsibilities:
Review support tickets/defects backlog and prioritize the issues with business users
Understand new business requirements and develop user stories.
Translate business requirements to technical requirements
Perform acceptance tests on delivered software components
Manage risk by implementing effective scope management process.
Key Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years of Experience in working in complex IT projects in an enterprise
At least 3 years in having done this role in Healthcare, Retail or Finance related companies
At least 2 years of experience working with technically complex projects interfacing with Architects, business and development engineers.
Worked as part of scrum team for at least 1 year
Excellent communication skills
