Job Title: Data Analyst with Mortgage domain Exp
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Duration : 9 Months
Description:
The Data Analyst will Lead and perform complex analysis in evolving data environment. Analyze and Visualize data on Project basis to enhance operational efficiency and integrate with existing LOS systems for a Mortgage Organization. In addition to strong Technical skills, this position needs strong business process analysis and interpersonal skills. Need a strong knowledge and ability to extract and analyse data, patterns and related trends needed along with subsequent ability to synthesize the data into information consumable by Business decision makers.
Required Skills:
1. Ability to develop and execute data and analysis- validation approaches to ensure high quality data products.
2. Should have experience in data Design, Data Mapping, data gathering, data Modeling, Data Integration and data warehouse.
• Excellent exposure to Data Mapping, Data mining, Analysis and presentation skills
• Strong focus on solution delivery in Projects, quickly identify drivers in the data
• Importing, cleaning, transforming, validating or modelling data with the purpose of understanding or making conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.
• Good exposure to Data Analytical tools and strong focus on data base concepts
• Strong ability to work in fast paced, technical and cross functional environments.
3. Strong capability in developing and presenting visualization of data analysis that provide focus on key insides through simple and elegant formats.
4. Experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle DB.
5. Ability to Explain data gathering and analytical approaches to all levels of an IT workforce.
6. Extensive experience in applied quantitative methods, involving manipulation/normalization of large data sets, advanced machine learning and modeling experience; action-oriented focus on results of quantitative analysis.
7. Developed analytical and predictive models for complex problems.
8. Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills, a detail-oriented personality, and a collaborative spirit.
9. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse team members and manage multiple and competing priorities.
