Title: Business Analyst
Location: San Ramon, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Role & Responsibilities and skills:
· The Business Analyst is responsible for planning and forecasting, reporting and analysis, and project execution in support of business and safety decision-making and safe operational performance.
· This role creates a critical link between the line of business operations, safety department support resources and safety, operational and financial data from multiple sources.
· The Business Analyst works with department leaders and project managers, and Line of Business representatives to develop forecasts, identifies deviations from planned performance and develops appropriate adjustments to plans for key safety metrics.
· This position takes a leadership role in developing and maintaining performance dashboards at various levels (company-wide, line of business, specific initiative and department levels.)
· Based on analysis of performance metrics, the Business Analyst makes recommendations for initiatives and corrective actions.
· Research into the accuracy in the records, and provides data as needed for corrections and / or consolidation.
