Business Development Manager (US IT Staffing)
Job Requirements
· 2- 4 years working as BDM (US Consulting/ C2C)
· Any graduate with a diploma/PG diploma course in computers or software/IT related.
Preferable: MBA (sales & marketing).
· Exceptionally strong client relationship skills.
· Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) and excellent Interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to work in accordance with US time zones (Night Shift).
Desired Skills
· Able to grow the business in alignment with company business plans.
· Responsible for managing and enhancing his existing Client relationships.
· Strategic planning in developing new clients, new strategies and its implementation.
· Prioritize requirements and ensure optimum utilization of resourcing team, Willingness to guide resourcing team on resourcing front.
· Responsible for ensuring quality of delivery by screening and short listing resumes before sending to client.
· Should be aware of marketing bench consultants, sending hot lists, arranging interviews and negotiating rates with clients.
· Scrutiny of Contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and payment terms.
· Responsible in co-ordinating with clients for payments.
· Should work independently, able to work with others, and take responsibilities for team success.
· Should have a very good knowledge of onsite technical environments and pulse of US IT market.
Technical Resourcer / Technical Recruiter
Job Requirements
· 2-3 years working as a Technical Resourcer / recruiter.
· Any Graduate with a diploma/PG diploma course in computers or Software/ IT related technologies. Preferable: MBA (HR).
· Effective communication skills (Both verbal and Written) and excellent Interpersonal skills.
· Willingness to work in US timings (Night shifts).
Desired Skills
· Sourcing qualified candidates within the time limits using traditional and creative sourcing techniques. Extensive experience in using Job-boards like Dice.com, Monster and Social networks like Linkedin and Google groups etc.
· Developed relationships with consultants and strong relationship with sub-vendors.
· Smart negotiation skills, negotiating the rates with consultants and employers as applicable.
· Strong knowledge of US geography and familiarity with US tax terms. Should have a good understanding of a W2, 1099 and Corp-to-Corp.
· Review contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and payment terms.
· Establish rapport and level of trust with identified candidates throughout the screening, submittal, negotiation, referencing and placement process.
· Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
· Maintaining & Organized database of IT Resources.
